『Hexagon ABがイタリアのVero Software 販売代理店ProCAMを買収』

本買収によりHexagonの CAD CAMおよび製造ソフトウェアビジネスユニットの地域プレゼンスを強化

地理空間および産業用エンタープライズアプリケーション全体で生産性と品質を向上させる、情報テクノロジーの世界的リーディングプロバイダーであるHexagon ABは、この度イタリアのCAD CAMソリューションおよび補完ソフトウェアの販売代理店ProCAM Srlを買収しました。1995年設立のProCAMは、HexagonグループのCAD CAMソリューションのスペシャリストVero SoftwareのEDGECAMおよびRADANソリューションの販売代理店です。ProCAMはHexagonのManufacturing Intelligence部門の傘下となり、Vero内において業務を開始します。

当初EDGECAM専用の販売代理店として設立されたProCAMは、製造ソフトウェアの領域に補完ソフトウェアパッケージと同様にRADANを含めた販売を拡大してきました。社員数15名を擁しイタリアのパドヴァに本社を置く同社は、成長するイタリア市場における各販売店のネットワーク拡大をサポートしています。

ProCAMは2018年4月20日を以って完全連結されました。この買収はヘキサゴンの業績に重要な影響を与えるものではありません。
